Ok so I am new to modding, so please understand i am a beginner and might need someone to walk me thru things from time to time.
Well this weekend I finally figured out how to save my HD from a error 21, am really proud of that and also got it finally softmodded and have the UnleashX dashboard but heard that the EvoX is way better, so i want to know how (if there is an easy way) to install it with out crashing or freezing up my xbox HD. Please provide any helpful links if possible.

The easy way would be to download an AID disc. But XBMC is the best dash by far.

Ok so if XBMC is the best, can you tell me how to install it as my main dashboard? would I need to use the AID disk? im new to modding so sorry if my question seems dumb

since your xbox is already modded and running a dash you can just downlaod Auto installer Deluxe (http://aideluxe.com) or XBMC deluxe and install a new dashboard.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you but ive been so busy its not funny.. I got 100's of emails to go though,, lol..
anyway, yes, since you xbox is softmodded it is a bit different..
Make sure you get backups of everything you can before you start to upgrade..
I would suggest popping in Auto Installer deluxe and using the backup features which are built in... then just ftp into your xbox and backup everything to be safe..
You do know that you can just install a dashboard as another application don't you??? If you are new that could be a alternative till you get used to things better.. _________________ HQ Network:

how do u reset the xbox with the controller my mate has the edzact chip but its 1.2 an mines well u know its a 1.6, but are dashboards are the same Unleash X but i think mines more updated than his mine 0.38,
So is there a way to set the controller to do a reset to the main dashboard from a game.
Also i would like to know how to upgrade from UnleashX its a bit boring but when i had to install EvoX it wouldnt. so i had to use this.
Any back to my point ot question please
