hi every1 im new to this forum n im tryin to change my front gren led light to red..i noe it cn b done by opening the xbox n changin some cables around but i recently updated my XBMC n found out that there is a setting that changes...
i got
xecuter2...... BIOS version: x2 4974... im also usin evolution-x
is there a way of changin my led light by doin something thru the BIOS?

You can change them under XBMC and you bios theres a program called umm forgot name of it but its in the downloads part on this site. other way is to remove the leds and install red ones

If you cant find it under XBMC or anything like that I would do it the wire way its pretty easy i did it and its alot better then trying to install leds unless your good at it i already messed up on trying to install leds once already for somereason they dont work but i think all you have to do is switch like 4 wires to change it to red very simple and easy to do. takes about 4mins or so. I will try finding a link for you. I know they have it on www.xbox-scene.com some where. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!

yeah thanx a lot guys. i guess il have to do the wire switching thing, but i wntd to noe how to do it with the bios....i got the XBtool but since i noe litle workin with bios it kinda didnt help me.......(im still gon learn how to use it)
where my tools at!.........that gives me the chance to change the jewel....

No problem i know with the x3 i was able just to go right into the x3 bios and change it from there but i dont know how the x2 works ha But ya you can always poke around your XBMC files to see also or if the x2 has its on loading screen like the x3 does were you just hold the white button you can do it from there then. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!
