I am a little new to xbox modding, I have encountered a few problems but were able to fix. I have three xboxs two I have fixed and one is in the process. This is the one with a new problem I am speaking of. The following are the details: when it is turned on it goes through its ususal start up with green blob then the Xbox insignia. This is where the problem starts: I have noticed that on a working xbox the microsoft logo appears under the xbox logo after a few seconds. My xbox does not, after about 10 seconds it goes to the customer service screen, with red and green lights flashing, no error code, and it DOES NOT REBOOT THREE TIMES !! From what I can tell it is not the Christmas light error but then again I could be wrong. The eeprom chip was replaced to attempt to fix it, it did not. There is NO MODCHIP, THIS XBOX IS STOCK, ASIDE FROM THE PROBLEM!! I am thinking that the HDD is the reason for the problem but I cannot ftp it to the Pc to check out if something has been deleted or corrupt. I cant even get to the dash.Anyone want to tell me if this can befixed or should I just consider it a lost cause. I will be as specific as possible if anyone wants to inquire any further !!!

You replaced the actual eeprom chip? If you have the bin file from the eeprom, you can build and lock the hdd withe xboxhdm. Just follow the hotswap tutorial.

If you don't have an eeprom.bin file then your only option is to chip the box.
