Hi there, this is my first post and the first time ive had a problem i cant deal with so hope someone has an idea aboout this problem....
I recently bought an HD adaptor for the xbox, the system recognises it (shows up in avalaunch), but I cannot switch to any HD modes, im stuck on NTSC 4:3, from XBMC & avalaunch.
Some time back my xbox failed & I had to reinstall EvoX, since then ive had no MS dash, i get an error screen saying i need service/repair........
I read somehwere that you cant switch to HD modes in XBMC or other unless done so in MS dash........so is there a fix to this problem, maybe a complete reinstall?? :/

Yup, you need to reinstall the MS DASH and enable the HD settings in there. I'm sure the files are here, I know they are in some of the member's signature. You can also download the autoinstaller and get them that way.

I took a quick look, but was unable to find it. I'm sure someone will post here soon...I can't remember who's signature its under. Or, like I said, grab the autoinstaller...its a must have anyway.

I just got a CRT HD which arent common in England, theres only 3 or 4 that ever came out here and now its restricted to one brand......
Its not truly Hd ready, its onlt ED/HD resolutions are 480p & 1080i, more of a stop gap until im satisfied by a flat panel worthy enough to buy......pretty awesome stopgap.
