Dear all,
I downloaded AID 3.10 from Mininova and burned the ISO image onto a CD. However, my XBOX (V 1.0) does not recognize the CD to be bootable. Nothing happens.
Also, when I try open the CD on the PC it does not work. It does not read the CD and show for example the content directory.

Is the image of the AID 3.10 corrupt? I checked the files with the MD5 Checker. Everything seems to be correctly downloaded.

What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Depending on the media used(brand and type of disc) and what dvd drive is in the xbox its going to be picky, assuming your xbox has a thompson in your xbox, untweaked its not going to read burnt cd-rs or cd-rws too well. It also depends on what speed you burnt it at as well.

Also, AID will not run from the hard drive unless installed from CD (using the "Install AID to Harddrive" option).

And just in case... your xbox needs to be modded to launch AID...

I've got a just off the shelf v1.6 XBOX and my old cd wouldn't boot. I cut 3.1 onto a DVD at 1x speed using the instructions supplied in the AID download and that worked fine (DVDdecypter).

I'm having this trouble too...I burnt AID 3.10 using DVD decrypter like the instructions said. I've tried DVD-RW, DVD+R, and DVD-R disks (all high quality) and none of them would work in my Xbox (thomson drive). It always says no bios found, etc.

any ideas?
