i know this is just bc of lazyness, but, I'm a halo junkie and i was wondering if you would put hcev07 on the disk with the other apps.. you can remove the patches and just include the editor. it would make it easier to have it on the disk since i install it any way... but that's just a request, not a nessecity.
thanks _________________ XBOX360

OK, we're moving along smoothly here...
I just added another post to the main project thread describing what apps, emus, and dashes are currently going to be available. Note, Media X Menu is missing becuase I'm waiting on the new version of it.
The next bit on info I need from people is what BIOSes do yous all use? I want to get rid of some of the older BIOSes from 1.3 that aren't needed any more. So please, feedback on this is vital!!
Apart from that I'm happy on how everything is going with it. I've just updated all the files in my development folder so it's all up-to-date too.
Cheers everyone for your support...

are the emulators going to be included in the auto installer?
is that what you mean by "emulators supported"? _________________ XBOX360

Yep they're gonna be included.
"Emulators Supported" means emulators supported by the auto-installer

With the included BIOS's I'm gonna start from stratch. I think this is the best way to eliminate all non-needed BIOS's. Also, when I mention "Stealth" I mean the BIOS will look on F Drive for the dashboard first before C Drive.
Quick note, they are all 256kb sized BIOS, is there need for the 512k and 1mb still??
Also, since more than just evox is going to be installed in this auto-installer, I am thinking about maybe calling the dashboards (besides MS and alternative MS) default.xbe. Has anyone got objections with this, or is there any problems I should be aware of?
So far, I have included these:
Evox M8 / Evox M8 1.6
Evox M8
Evox M8 - G Drive Support
Evox M8 Stealth
Evox M8 Stealth - G Drive Support
Xecuter2 4983.06 / 4983.67
(Currently trying to find a way to edit these, if I can't edit them I might be forced to remove them from the list)
I will add more as people suggest them... PLEASE I need your help on this as this is probably my weakest point.

Dude, I can't think of anything else that this puppy needs. That's going to be a hell of an AI.
It seems you covered a lot of bases!
If you see me on ICQ hit me up, I have a question about the 1.3 AI on 1.6 xbox with the M8 bios and a 200GB HD.
I ran into a snag that another member had a while back and it's quite puzzling. I made a post on it, and will check to see if anyone answered yet. The reason I am asking is I know that there hasn't been a lot of people doing 1.6's, but there soon will be as that will be all that is available.
later bud...keep up the awesome job with the AI's _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter

I know, it's getting to that point hey?
Well, the good news is the installer is about 90% complete. Basically I have set up a development folder on my PC where I've been making the directory structure for this, and all the files are in there right now.
If I wanted to use EvoX again for the frontend I could probably release the installer tomorrow, but I'd rather wait and get a really nice frontend skin made up, and hopefully use the new MediaXMenu when it's released.
Look at it this way I guess, the longer it's "delayed" the more recent the apps will be when it is actually released...

Very nice
I've just updated the progress on auto-installer 2.0, just so it's more in-line with the work I've already done.
It's easy to say it's at atleast 50%
Good work!!
