Hey guys i have a quick question. I put in 2 12" cathodes on the outside of my xbox about 2 weeks ago and everything has been working fine. the only thing is, when i have my xbox on and then turn on the lights w/ the switch, my xbox sometimes freezes. Everything works fine when i turn the xbox w/ the switch already on but if the switch isnt on and i go to turn it on it freezes. Is there sumthing i am doin wrong? I heard some people wrap the inverter in foil or somethin to prevent hdd interference. I jus used electrical tape. Did I do sumthin wrong??

Do you have a picture of the install? Like where the inverter is? and how you supplied power to it? _________________

Modgod put a splitter on my HDD power plug to power the led's. No switch needed. It takes a few seconds for them to come on, but they work. The reason it's freezing is probably because the xbox is running then you drain the power by turning on the switch. Add the splitter and eliminate the switch. _________________
