I always seem to get a dropped connection at around 600mb for large files such as those one would find using DaphneX or PCSxbox. I use a crossover cable from Mac to EvolutionX using Fetch. No problem FTP 4 gigs at a time, when the individual files are smaller, like when I backup my xbox games. I've tried with passive mode on and off, and haven't been able to figure out why this is happening, if there is a remedy, or if this is a limation of my particular xbox. I think it is an older box, because it doesn't like CDs, apart from music. Any suggestions?

Like I said in your other post, there is no filesize limit for ftp. I dont use Macs, so it could be that too. Maybe try a different ftp program on your computer. _________________
