Real Mccloy has already answered me on this, but he raised some doubts in my mind.
Are solderless chips worth the money? I mean, I don't have the money to send it to Realmccloy to have my box modded, and I don't know how to solder. Do the people of XBox-HQ.com think that a Solderless chip is worth it?
If yes.. What chip should I get?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I use the X2.3B Lite+ solderless. I was just like you, not very good at soldering and didn't want to send my box away.
The install is really easy. The hardest part is making sure you don't ruin the D0 point when you scratch the coating off.
Sometimes it is a pain to align if you don't get the holes aligned vertically, but that is an easy fix. And once you tighten the screw and everything is working you're done. I haven't had a single problem with bumping my box and messing up the alignment.
All in all it's a wise choice for the non-solder-savvy.
I don't know about any of the other brands. I chose xecuter for the popularity and lack of pogo adapter. I wanted the least number of parts I could get. _________________ XBOX v1.1 - Philips DVD

I've got the solderless chameleon, one of the very first solderless chips.
Its now been in my xbox about 10 months and no problems what so ever. Its a great working chip. I move the xbox all the time, I've even dropped it a time or two and it still works great. Hasnt needed to be realined or anything.
I cant say enough its all about how you install your solderless chip. Dont be affriad to make sure the chip is screwed tight.
As for which chip..... The chameleon is no longer on the market so I dont know which solderless is the best one right now. Best of luck with what you go with. _________________ XBOX v1.0:

Hey ReDJeLLo1803
I bought the X-chip from easybuy2000.com
Real easy and is solder less, also if you buy the kit I think it was 60 US,
You get a USB connecter that hangs out the back for the X-Box so you can flash the X-chips bios very easy runs from your computer

Hey ReDJeLLo1803, I hope I didn't raise too many doubts in your mind on the solderless chip. The only thing that I was stressing is there may be times that you have to retighten the chip. If you for no particular reason start to frag, then always check the chip first to make sure it's seated correctly.
I have walked about four or five X Chip owners through solderless installs and they have all went fine once they got the rivets in the correct LPC holes.
Whether you go with an X Chip, Xecuter, or Xenium all have solderless adapters available, you will get the same end result. You get to backup games to HD, launch apps, play emu's...
The only difference between the three is Operating Systems and boot procedures.
For instance, The Xenium has what I believe to be one of the better OS's out there, but that's my opinion. I like how they can be cloaked for xbox live without needing an external switch installed. The Xecuters have an external switch that gets installed so you can turn off (cloak) the modchip if you want to jump on xbox live. The X Chips I believe are booted by a button sequence, not entirely sure, Targetboy can confirm how he boots with chip off for you I am sure.
As you can see, which ever way you decide to go...you have plenty of people here that can help you.
