well i would ask them about it at xbox-scene but they are hella slow to respond so i figured sumone that knows about computers would b able to help or could think of sumthin that might work cause mine is doin the same shit as that dudes i get a err 21 now after i tried to install it. but it messed up half way through the install sayin cp:read error input/output error.

error 21 means you are missing a dashboard on your hdd.. Either a hacked dashboard or M$ Dashboard.
Pesonally i would use Auto Installer DEluxe (if you can boot it) to reinstall the M$ Dashboard and a hacked dashboard..
Hopefully then it will come back to normal.
If you dont have a EPPROM BACKUP and want to fix your xbox you could also look into PIRRUP's hotswap tutorial.. Do a search on hotswap in our xbox tutorials area.
well that ain't the problem n e more i got the xbox workin again with xboxhdm but after it got done wit folder c and is supposed to ask for e it said missing sumthin and cut off i donno if it is on there or not cause my xbox works now i am tryin to softmod it through hotswap but when i get to the installation of the ndure folder it gets to step 2 of 3 and says cp:read error input/output error _________________ RED
