Hi All. I am new here. Great site w/ tons of info. I am new too modding as well, and am stumped. I just finishing installing Xecuter 3 CE + Xapt3r, and flashed with x3 Config. According to preliminary test, this was successfull. Bios screen loads, and I am able to navigate the menu and such. Hard drive is still stock, and I have not done anything except backup all the files. I then disabled X3 Config Live autostart so that it would load the MS dashboard. I then put in a retail game with chip enabled, and game doesn't load. It seems to hang on X logo screen. If I load game with chip disabled, the game loads fine. Do I need a dashboad other than MS to load game with chip enabled? One other quick topic. I have tried AID a number of times on different media, but still have not gotten that to boot either. Could it be related? Suggestions, thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help. _________________ Xbox v1.2

Ok, when you boot with chip enabled, hold the white button to boot X3config live, then go to X3ConfigLive, then other startup tweaks, then DVD boot xbe name. Select this, and enter 'default.xbe' (without quotes).
It shuold then boot AID, and games as well

Not a problem mate, i'm glad you got it working:D
I still remeber when I installed my first X3 and it worked, the best feeling!
Now you can run AID, and install any of the dashboards you want, and all of the apps you will ever need!
