Hey Fellas,
I'm interested in putting some LED's in my xbox, bear in mind I don't really want to go the soldering and transistors route as its a bit complicated and I can't really be arsed to go that far or ruin my xbox lol! I have a crystal xbox and wondered if I bought this
Would I be able to simply open the box, put the leds in and then thats it? Or do I have to muck around with connecting power, soldering and all the other complicated bumpf?
Also I'd be interested in putting artwork on it if possible, although I'm not sure how good a crystal xbox would look with stuff on it! Maybe just something instead of the green circle thing!

You would need to hook the rings power wires to the box but you could just pill back the hdd power wire and tape the wires together for that.

point of fact I have done case modding before with success, my Dreamcast that I use now is still a modded one, admittedly its only a visual mod, not internal, I just used the action replay for multiregion gaming, but its gorgeous I think
I will post a link of my xbox when its done, also I might upload some pics in the appropriate section of my setup in general, I recently moved to a flat so my system and setup has totally changed. Cheers mate

Hey guys, for those of you in the UK after a console skin with no P&P charges, checkout this website, I am going to get the Rage Console Skin and Jewel sticker for my xbox, not sure how it will look as its a Crystal one but hey, hopefully it'll be nice

No sweat, heres a link to my stuff as it is now setup in my new flat. Its kinda a work in progress, my flat doesn't have THAT much room for my whole collection. Actually it probably would have but my gf doesn't approve of having all my games out on display lol
DC Definitely still rules, can't believe I have over 200 games for it still lol. And that Blue modded DC still works perfectly, even though I soldered the LED from Orange to Blue! The red one died ages ago though lol
