i think i 've tried flashing the xchip so many times, and it did seem to work. Would it just be easier to flash it when it is not installed in the system?

hi SasukeU2,
We have quite a few new members having trouble flashing their xchips but they are getting them to work after going through the flashing procedure a couple of times..
Are you flashing from CDRW/DVD-R on your xbox or are u just using the USB fLASH cable from your PC..
Another tip:
Try connecting the USB cable to another PC and flashing your modhcip.. It may be the USB ports on your computer..
anyway, hopefully some other xchip users will reply to help u..
we will do our best if you can reply with more info.. Like what exactly you did and now where you are up to.
