hi ukrebel,
Just revert back to your old index.php file which you backed up before installing the FlashGames module..
Once you get your index.php file back to original then open the readme.nfo or readme.txt file which comes with the HQ FlashGames module and read through it..
It explains everything you need to do in each step.

Dont replace it..
The index.php file which is in the package is probably for a older versoin.
So what you want to do is copy your original index.php back to the directory and get your site working again.. Then open and edit your original index.php and copy the line of code it mentions (only 2 lines)..
Copy this code under:
require_once("mainfile.php");
ADD THIS CODE TO YOUR INDEX.PHP
Code:
// Save Score for Old pnFlashGames Component
include("modules/Flash_Games/includes/oldcomponent.php");
