i managed to unrar a skin pak into my f drive but mow i cant get them into my evox skins section on the c drive

you mean you cant ftp them from your comp to your xbox? if you can, make sure that the skin files are in a folder with the skin name. place that folder in C:skins\[skin folder name here]
it should let you choose the new skin from the evox skin selector
