Just got the Xenium and started installing it. Also got the fron LED module which came with the wires for it. On one side of the wire there is a black wire with a ring (ground I guess). Where does this go ? Under the solderless adapter and held down with the screw ?

I'm installing solderless BTW.

As I recall, there really is no need for that ground except in very special circumstances. I'd recommend that you could electric tape the ground wire (cover the connector) and finish the installation. It should work fine.
I have one mounted on the front of my Xbox and love the darn thing!

2th is correct. The only time you need the ground is if you chain a few together like 5 or more, you ground one.
