my friend's neighbor gave him a dead xbox, he can't fix it, give it to me, i can't fix it either, video encoder problem(have sound but no video).
I extracted the EEPROM and unlocked the harddrive, so I have a spare one now. I don't know if that box ever go Live! before, anyone wanna give it a try? let me know, i'll send it you.

thats pretty generous of you.....I can't remember who it is...but i was talking to someone on the vip chat the other night that needed a new eeprom since theirs was banned....I'll let you know who it was if i can think of their name or at least this will be a bump and maybe they will see it....later. _________________ Xbox V1.6

If you still have it, which you probably don't, lol, I need an eeprom. My eeprom was banned from halo 2. I haven't been able to fix it or find another eeprom since. But if you dont have it, thats cool.
p.s. If you talk to Modgod, I think he might have a way to fix the encoder.

a new eeprom wont get you unbanned alone as your hdd is just as banned, Change both & don`t do whatever got you banned the first time again, And you should be ok.

Just curious, but how did you get the drive unlocked and the eeprom extracted without any video?
