Hi Sunday, I bought Sunday chip with IR ready, but not able to made it to work.

Do you have any step by step intruction for xbox v1.0 and v1.1?

Without sunday chip working fine also sunday chip without IR add on work no problem, I don't know what I did wrong.

Hey I can probably get it working for ya. YTour post leaves a little bit to be desired in the information department. nHere's what you want to do though.


Get sunday working without the IR, it sounds like you are this far. This makes sure all your LPC joints are okay and LS and BT are okay.

Now hook up the tray connection. It's the right angle header that's above the flashrom socket, partialy.

Connect 3.3v standby to the pin directly above the tray pin, and it's the bottom of 2 pins. The source for 3.3v standby is on top the the AT motherboard power plug or right on the bottom of the ,other board on the botton of the pins. See the user's guide.


Next is just 3 connections to the eyeball looker, and that's power ground and data. Ground is nearesr the edge with the tray connection. Power is in the middle, and data is the edge nearest the A-18 bank jumper. The eyebal it's self has ground marked as black and power marked as red and data is le the only one left.

You will need a Sony IR remote controller and it uses the tape/dvd fast forward, play, and pause etc buttons with Sony code 099 with a $5 cheap universal remote. you only have 5 more easy connections. Let me know what parts you need help with.
