I just try to conncet to my XBOX but my IP changed, what do I do?

I am assuming you mean the ip address changed on your xbox and you can no longer FTP into it.
How about you just change the setting in your FTP program to call up the correct IP address?
Or, change the IP address of your XBOX back to what it was?

The only thing I can think of is that the IP Address is set to Dynamic (which means it's using DHCP to aquire an IP Address).
Don't ask me why this function is even included with the Dashboards, as it's not needed if you want to FTP into your Xbox.
Give youself a STATIC IP Address (ie: 192.168.0.2) based on your Network. Also make sure that your Subnet and Gateway are correct...
I'm not sure is this is the problem, but it might work.
Just quickly if you didn't know, Static IP addresses don't change, Dynamic ones do...
