Ok guys i need help bad! finnally able to ftp into my xbox. However whenever i FTP somethingover, if there is a connection error or if flash fxp fails on the first attempt of transferring a file, EVEN after the transfer eventually succeed, once i reboot into EVO X dashboard my Xbox boot up times are extremely slow. I am thinking my harddrive might be screwed up. if i do a clean install of evo x and dont ftp anyhting ot my HD then the xbox boots up to evox in 15 -20 seconds if i ftp and get an error, then ftp successfully OR if i edit my evox .ini file my boot time and launch time for apps jump to 2 minutes!

you are using the orignal Hd.
try to get bigger Hd that will help you out with the speed issue.
As for the error all I can think is what ever you are trying to ftp is to large for the Hd.
