Is there any software that will let me over-clock my
CPU and my graphic Processor or memory banks for my Xbox.
I’m working on a water-cooling system for Xbox and looking for
any ideas on over-clocking or software that will help me.

Sorry for the slackness in my reply..
No software that im aware off sorry.
but,
You can purchase a Upgraded xbox CPU from http://friendtech.com (from memory).. This will upgrade your CPU to a 1200mhz XBOX..
and im just about to soldier some more ram directly onto my mainboard soon so ill let you know how i go bud..! :0
Upgrading your processor or overclocking isnt worth the trouble. There's not much performance gain since most of the performance comes from the video. Now if you had linux on your xbox, you could run a video card overclocking utility to get it running faster.
