ahhhhhhhhhhh, I tried that. the evoX install disc has the bios in a folder, should I put it on the main CD folder?

how do I change it, or where do I find the correct one? (thanks for all your help so far by the way)
All that I have on my PC are 256KB

there is a utility that will change the size for you. I don't remember the name, but I am pretty sure it is in the downloads section. peruse it and let me know how it goes.

Everything works now, I get it flashed with a proper 1.0 MB BIOS, and used Autoinstaller to install the Dash and a few apps. Thanks for your help. One xbox down, one to go (the other is a soft mod)
