First off, I suggest reading some tutorials. Maybe some of these will help:
Creating the bios disk is rather easy. First off, the Bios file that you downloaded is in .rar format. Do you know how to deal with .rar files? I am going to assume you don't, so you will need a program like WINrar to decompress the files. .rar files are just like .zip files. You need a program to decompress.
Once you have the bios extracted from the .rar file (there will be two bios'.
You can then burn your bios disk. I highly suggest using DVD-R media. You will have a higher success rate. I also advise to flash your mod chip with the stock HD in. That way , if you have an incorrectly burned bios disk, or a disk that isn't read by your DVD drive you wont get errors to throw you off, it will just boot like a normal Xbox.
I also suggest you get some basic understanding of your X3 switch if you have not already. If you flash the wrong bios to the wrong bank, you could be in for a long week
I also suggest using Nero 6 Burning Rom to create your Bios CD. As far as a dummy file, I just use include a 100mb folder that is full of MP3s or other files for the dummy. You don't really need a dummy file creator, but okay if you wish to use.
Once you have Nero burning rom open, just create a new iso to DVD.
You do not want to use Multisession
For character set under the .iso tab, you want Standard ISO9660
Everything else is pretty much okay the way it is.
Just click on the new button and then drag and drop your bios file and dummy file into the compliation window. Then click on the matchstick to burn the compilation. It will create the .iso and burn it for you rather quickly. I suggest using a low speed when burning though.
Hopefully, you will figure this out soon. The X3 chip really isn't a great chiop for beginners, but once you get the hang of the switch and understand a little more it will be fine. It's a very robust chip, just convoluted with the switch and stuff.
As far as using an autoinstaller, why bother with slayers. You can get the AID right from the VIP FTP server.

thanks man ill try all that!! i understand about rars and stuff..i use them all the time!! thats why i get so peeved ive built 3 pc's but i cant do this!lol!

HA, if I had a nickle for every person who build a PC but had problems with an Xbox mod, I would never have to chip a machine again...lol.
Where most people have the problems isn't in the build, it's in the software config. Unlike a PC where the OS gets installed and everything is easily done, the Xbox is a bear if you dont have the right disks available.
I lucked out. The very first time I chipped a machine I used an installer and I guess I have pretty good programs because I have never burned a coaster.
I use Nero Ultra Edition which has Nero burning rom (6.0) to do all of my bios disks (and I use DVD-R exclusively)
For any games that I backup I use C Xbox Tool2 to create my game ISO and then I use Clone DVD2 to burn them.
To burn the installer, I always use CloneDVD2 to burn the iso.
