Ok, so i softmodded my xbox, and did the jewel lighting, but i am looking for someone who knows how to do those windows in the case. and i am wondering how to put in the lighting everywhere else....

cut a hole and glue/double side tape clear plastic over the hole

See if jiggysmb is doing that yet.
See his pinned topic on airbrushing cases here on this forum. He does case painting and was going to be offering cut out windows soon.
Let me know if you can't find anyone. I know some people that do excellent work. You could always have them just do a case top for you and ship it to you instead of buying a whole case.
Unless of course you are dead set on doing yourself. I would find some beat up case tops and practice with a dremel.

so i would use a Dremel? and plexiglass for the window itself right? what about the lighting would i use cold cathodes?

Oh, Modgod, I have seen some of your work. You are good. I have an idea for my xbox. I have a blue cathode jewel custom that says Mod Inside (with the Intel symbol around it) i am thinking on cutting Parts of the X out of my case and putting the plexiglass behind it. after that is done, i am going to put a blue cathode on the left side and a green cathode on the right side. After that is done i am doing the eject LED with same colors, only on opposite sides. and then I am doing the controller port light mods with 1 and 3 as green, and 2 and 4 as blue.
