Well i have a 1.6 and using the aid ... thje splintercell hack .... i installed the mod and evox and unleached the xbox sees normal games but not backups any idea ??

its not seeing the burned disks? prolly just a media problem, try a different brand of dvd

My bad lol... just saw in the tutorials that philips and samsung dont read DVD+R lol but Thomson the crappiest of them all reads them lol

try seeing if your dvd burner has bitsetting, if so, it can turn dvd+r into dvd+rom and most likely readable (as I do to mines)

So switching to DVD-r instead of +r would solve the problem?

YUP newer xboxs dont read newer DVDs go figure lol so for philips and samsung drive use DVD-R lol and Thomson any im starting to love my thomson lol
