Ok I've been looking and looking and so far it seems to me that in order to do a soft mod you have to use either Splinter Cell, Mechassault, or 007. I don't have any of those games so can I not softmod? if so what can I do to my system. I play Halo I&II Fable Ninja Gaiden and Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow. Thanks.

Hey dude!
last time i did a softy
i rented the game out.
three quid for seven days.
Best thing to do is read up on it
untill you know all the pro's and
con*s of it.
There must be hundreds of people
who wish they can turn back time
just to do that.
people with fragging xbox's
that don't work any more for example.

A good place to start would be
to start reading every post on this
site from sjhons softmod forum

yea its either rent/buy/borrow/steal an original (not Platinum or any special editions) of one of them games or get a mod chip

Yeah and if you have a version 1.0-1.5 xbox, you can do a mod chip install solderlessly (is that a word) Anyways, it's not that hard anymore to do a mod chip install if you don't like the sounds of using a soldering iron.
