Thats weird!...
Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of XBMC to make sure its not a corrupt file or something.. Apart from that check your cables etc they may be faulty..
myself and all my mates have tonnes of mp3's on our xboxes and sounds great with 5.1 surround..

Check your settings in the music section, and make sure that volume amplification is not way off base. That option should be left at 0 if only using the T.V.'s speakers. Also if you are using the newest v1.1.0 of XBMC then the volume amplification option disappears from the settings after the first time you adjust it. It happened to me after I cranked it up a little too much. I had to reinstall v1.0.0, then install v1.1.0 again and I was back to normal. Just a suggestion. _________________ [XBOX v1.6b / Xecuter 3 CE / Western Digital Caviar SE 300GB HD / ATA166 IDE Cable / XCM Cystal Clear Case / Red Firework LED 80mm Fan / 12v Fan Mod / UnleashX Default Dash]
