This is an updated bin/cue of Resident Evil 3 (PS1) based off my RE3 HD for PC, that has had the annoying letterbox cutscenes removed and replaced with full screen slightly cleaned up videos (had to keep it CD burnable so I could only do so much) And some minor game bug fixes like random door crashing and floating head bug.
Here it is running via PCSXBOX (v23) using core 1.4 (the other cores choke) The only time I really get any slowdown is when shooting zombies but that happens with the original bin/cue anyways

Should be. I tested this at 720P which Im sure is a major reason for slowdowns. And its only when you shoot or theres lots of blood. Years ago when Madmab was doing the Reloaded core I had tested it and compared RE3 on XBOX via emu to RE3 on my PS1 and they were almost identical.
But end of the day it doesnt hold a candle to my PC version which is almost a ghetto version of the RE1 HD remaster. I spent over 2 years redoing all the cutscenes 1080P, all the backgrounds 960P (highest it could handle) redoing all the enemy and Jill models, redid all the audio and made new game modes
PC
And like all my PC stuff it can be ran on some of bunkest hardware known to man. Single core CPU, 1GB RAM and 128MB GPU will do it
