freekin nice collection! i have the green and black X3CP panels, but you have the blue that i really want. i dont have near as much as you do for sure. i have an EA games development console i plan on using forensics to pull whatever they had on there off.. just dnt have the heart as the seals are still in tact. i have a crystal clear console and a crystal blue console that are both open now for modding. just scored the japan black controller and have the grey japan controller. i will probaly NEVER catch up to you though, you have a sweet collection !!

few more games added to my collection i now have 278 Games and counting plus not counting those Japanese ones i have and also picked up this xbox that has the x3 chip with x3lcd im going to take it apart and put it in a Crystal Console with a custom Control Panel if everything works out right

Here's a HALO edition Xbox i have on the bay, it has the Aladdin XT Plus2, LED's and a new 2TB hard drive. seems a darker, meaner green than any of the others I've had.

thats some nice clean work you do there bud i am actually going to take the black one you seen i have with the lcd and put that in a crystal what measurements did you do to cut that lcd and what did you use as i am going to do a proswitch and put it into the front along with the lcd _________________ The one the only Scarface!!

I disconnected the metal front of an LCD to use as a template. i have plenty so i sacrificed one of the wide LCD's that will only fit if you take out ports 3&4.
i placed it a touch high to make up for the little gap between face and top lid. the bottom of the LCD shoult be tight to the plastic rounds of the ports.
Outlined with a black perma marker so it stays marked through handling, just cut to inside of the line.
I used a dremel with a cutting blade to cut the straight lines, staying inside a bit to get a tight fit.
Then a large file to clean into corners and better fit the LCD plate.
Then light grit sandpaper to smooth.
Then final smooth with a Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pad, which is what i use to for sanding all my parts for painting.
Last i use 91% alcohol to clean off any of the perma marker left.
I used snips to cut out the section of shielding where the LCD will be, i cut at the hole for power/eject board wiring, and you have to cut about 3/4 of an inch off of the side at the right corner.
A small piece has to be cut out of the plastic base, the right corner piece that sticks up. cut up to where the face clips at the side, but do not cut over or the face can't clip.
The plastic on the ports 3&4 needs to have a little trimmed, just some of the thin plastic at the top. dry fit the LCD.
I make sure my LCD is wired and working, then place it where i want it. best to use a hot glue gun to keep it in place.
Be careful with the LCD wire when putting it together.
