ok here's the deal,
im running evox v 3935 and when i checked out the live section of ninja gaiden and it tried to update my xbox but before it was done , the xbox crashed and showed an error 21 and it does this whenever i try to load ms dashboard or try to play dvds
ive already tried to replace the ms dash board but i just get the same thing. can anyone please help with this problem

This error says that the machine was booted to display an error, basically someone told the machine to reboot (or launch a xbe) with this flag, and the error code just means its been rebooted by the flag..
Is your box softmodded by chance
You might be able to solve the problem by running the MA exploit again and restoring the original dashboard. And be sure that your disk is locked!

unfortunately its not soft modded i have an old model xbit on a 1.0 xbox

You tried to update your xbox. Is your HDD is locked
