My bad I forgot I made it to include the skins. All you need to do is delete the ISO it makes then open C\Babylon\XBOXHDM\Linux\Pimped\E\XBMC\Skins and delete everything except the Clearity folder. Now go back to the XBOXHDM folder(root of the folder) and click make-iso-win. That ISO will fit to CD.

^^ if you delete the earlier extracted babylon attempt (and the image you created) go with above advice!
you need to run the "babylon.exe" as new, as in NO extracted babylon resources beforehand! (treat it as you just downloaded it then unpacked and run it) then go with above, it's clear enough! I am running an intel processor btw if that makes any difference.
There is only one skin, clearity, in there.

OK look in the in the Linux/Pimped/E/XBMC folder do you see things like PM3 Mayhem, Confluence, and Orbs?
