Well, what can I say?! It's about time the xbox got some hot shmup action! Sadly, not too much of that as a whole but what was pissed out is BLOODY TOP STUFF! Shikigami no Shiro - Evolution (JPN) [Alfa System / Mediaquest]
This release is IDENTICAL to the alfa system/NAOMI coin-ops and RIGHTFULLY deserves to be in with the big-boys games collections! Also, this title exists for the Dreamcast, Gamecube and Playstation 2!
Tis a vertical scrolling 2/3D shooter with all the traits of EYE-CANCER due to MUCH happening at once on screen!
Add this to your stack and if you like it, BUY THE ORIGINAL! (yeah, rich coming from since I can't find it on retail...NOT for the lack of trying!) I was unable to find any other reviews on this so my words are GOSPEL as far as this item is concerned. A quality shooter for all the shmups fans out there, get this NOW! Be on guard for more of my "reviews" and should you have any difficulty in understanding the "small print" PLEASE don't hesitate to ask me via pm and I'll assist in resolving your "viewing" woes! Shikigami no Shiro Playthrough (I couldn't find ANY reference to video clips for the "evolution" version! The gameplay is virtually IDENTICAL to the original release but with a few more extras.)
