Hello!
I downloaded the latest XBMC Installer Deluxe and burn it to a DVD. When I put the DVD in the X-Box the Startscreen XBOX underlined by executer2 appears. But nothing more... Its like freezing. When I put the DVD out appears the Info the Error Code 13. -> I have an new Harddisk in it.
If I choose Slayers Autoinstall-ISO and burn it to my DVDs It apears the Installationscreen. But thats not what I want...
Anybody got the same problems?

Some times you got to wait up to five min for XBMCID or AID to boot, lot of info for the xbox to cache.

First of all I just burned the Iso. Then I update the Iso with a Dummy-File (1GB) and burned it to a second DVD too. The same results...

Are you burning the disc at 4x speed? _________________

Burn at 4x like stated above use Imgburn for all ISO/Image burning. Its free and available here
Make sure you set it to verify the burn to make sure theres no missed data or bad sectors. Its quite common for programs like Nero to miss .3% (Ive gotten quite a few come up as 99.7 at verify)
The brand of media also plays a big part, not only is the picky laser inside an XBOX DVD-ROM an issue, but certain brands are no good for data but rather specialy made for video (mainly DVD+r but some -r are designed for video). Ive had best results using Fuji DVD-r but even then Ive had discs that work fine on 3 or 4 of my XBOXs but will fail to play on one. If you have a Thompson Drive in your XBOX I suggest switching it out at some point since they are the oldest and had the worst lasers. I find the Philips work best and are interchangeable with no firmware upgrades.
The update may be your issue normaly unless the base ISO is extracted to folder form trying to add to it usualy creates an ISO within an ISO

Check out the Xbox DVD/CD Compatibilty Database for more compatible brands of media and different drives.
