I use XBOXHDM to make new HDD. It takes about 15 minutes, download XBOXHDM1.9, FTP the contents of your c drive into the c folder in xboxhdm and ftp the e drive to e folder and eeprom to eeprom folder. Run the winiso.bat file in xboxhdm to make an iso and burn to disc. Unhook every hard drive in your pc, hook the drive you want to use in your xbox into your PC in the primary master slot, set your pc to boot from disc, once xboxhdm starts up run the VGA console (option 1) and follow on screen instructions. When it says its done reboot your PC, pick HDD lock unlock tools, and follow onscreen instructions. You now have a new drive, switch it out with the original xbox drive, reinstall the softmod, if you are using a drive over 137gb go into the dashboard settings and enable g drive then format g drive using Xbox Ultimate boot disc or your favoutite format program. And thats it all done
