Hi all, I am looking for advice on how to fix my XBOX v1.4.
I first used the MechAssault Ndure exploit to successfully install Evox.
I later then used XBMC Auto-Installer Deluxe v4.52, which was also successful. But I wanted to make XBMC as the default dash,
but I was unable and I ended up deleting/clearing everything on all partitions.
The XBOX now boots to a small Evolution X dash (perhaps the bios?),
with only 2 options on it.
I can gain FTP access via the Auto-Installer disc, but want to know how I can reset the bio to boot XBMC on either C or F?
I have tried to do so via this method here http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=323652
but it didnt work.
I also tried to redo the MechAssault exploit but cant as I deleted the partitions data.
I do however have backups of the eeprom.
So then guys, is their an easy method to get to bio pointing in the right direction?
All input will be greatly received.
Many thanks,
G.

Yes, I can boot the AID disc, but when i try to reinstall XBMC,
it says that it cant because it cant find something,
I think its the 'MS' folder, will check again and report back.

wes213, Using the AID disc I have just tried to install Evolution X Dash and XBMC via the Softmod Section Install, and get the same following error:
Batch process failed:
The last item was: E:\Backup\MS
is not present
Action: Rename.
I have tried putting my backup of MS on E and it makes no difference.
I did manage to get the AID disc to complete an install of Evolution X Dash via somewhere else on the AID disc,
but when i reboot I get the same bare Evolution X Dash,
which has only 2 options being 'Launch Disc' and 'System Settings'.
Thanks in advance.
G.
PS, I have tried most options on the AID disc for installing Evolution X and XBMC Dashes, some complete, others do not.
But I am always left with the xbox booting to the bare Evolution X Dash.

It sounds like it cant find the dash and eeprom back up so if you can find the option to back them up or to reinstall the MS dash to C it might help.
