Trying to flash my bios through the Evox menu, it has given me a few options and i added the M8 and the X2-4983. However I am getting a message that the "Manufactures ID 09 Device ID 00" not sure what all this means or how to get by it.

hi merc312,

we need more information mate.. What modchip are you trying to flash?
Some older modchip cannot be flashed but they would have to be pretty damn old..

anyway, give us as much info as you can and we will do our best to reply to your posts.

Since your a VIP feel free to submit a SUPPORT TICKET that i know for a fact every admin will see and hopefully reply immeditely (depending how many tickets are in the system too).

Got it!
I am using a SmartXX solderless mod, for some reason it would not let me flash the bios using the evox flash utility. Using the Smartxx front end and the options available through it, I managed to flash the bois no trouble.
