I just got my Xecuter chip and I am excited about getting it working, the problem is that I cant. I followed a good tutorial to physically install it, which I did. When I power on the Xbox it starts for about 1 second (the blue LED works and the power light is green), then turns off for about 3 seconds, then starts again, then off again, then starts again. After it finally stays on the blue LED remains lit up on the Chip, but the power switch is flashing green and red. When I turn the chip off, the XBox works fine, so I dont know what the problem is, or how to fix it. I am completely new to all of this and if you have a chance to answer, please do it in a "moron" language so that I understand. Thanks.

Most of the time this is hardware related. Sometimes though, it can be software related.

First thing I would do is check my install. If I soldered, I would check for gaps, bridges, or splash. Your D0 is good, otherwise you wouldn't be getting the frag condition (Frequent Red And Green light)

If it is a solderless install, check the alignment of the adapter.
