I just bought some led's and plan on using about 8 to do a mod, but what is the best way? parallel or series wiring, i know the difference, but what are the positives and negatives to each way? _________________ (2) XBOX v1.4:

Depending on what your doing, like i used the series wen i made my jewel halo for lighting(duh lol). It used to work just fine, never had a problem with it, but i got a new xbox, dont really see need for more than one. _________________ Hotswap Tutorial|FTP Tutorial|HyperX Flashing Tutorial

according to this place http://metku.net/index.html?path=mods/ledcalc/index_eng Parallel can have more leds connected but need a greater wattage resistor. and series has alot few but a Fraction of the wattage... would that mean lets say i was using 2 AA batterys and had 2 connected in a series and then a total different one with 2 connected in parallel the series would last longer? because of the different resistor?? _________________ (2) XBOX v1.4:
