im getting tired of trying to get this !!!ive modded a box with the xenium chip before and it worked just fine ive modded like six boxes with that chip but my brother bought a xecuter3 and i told him i would mod it for him i got the bios from xbins ,but im not sure if im labeling it right or what!!! but it wont work for me its a 1.6 box ive used dvd-r and dvd+r does anybody have any advise?
yes i have the right bios i checked on that when i got i and i get the FlashBIOS3.0.1 screen its not flash locked but all the disks say no Bios update found.....Halting.

If you are using the disc flash method, make sure that the bios is simply labeled bios.bin, and placed in the root of the disc with the dummy file.
Also being a v1.6, make sure you use the x3.3294.v16plus.bin file, otherwise it won't work.
Also make sure you have flash protect disabled on your chip. _________________

Sorry, forgot to ask. Are you getting to the blue Flashbios 3.0.x screen?
