Hi. I am currently using x2.5035 but would like to know if anyone has any opinions as to the "fastest" BIOS.
By this, I don't mean the one which runs the fastest , I'm after an idea which BIOSes have the shortest boot time on an xbox.
I'm using XBMC as the dashboard and installing the xbox in a car. There are two priotities...
1) that the BIOS takes as little time to initalise as possible so the xbox completes the boot and starts xbmc quickly.
2) if possible to be able to customise the BIOS screen. On the x2.5035, I've disabled all the animation since I don't really want it but it would be cool if I could just display a static graphic - jpg or png etc with the car manufacturer's logo while the xbox starts.
Note - this is all non-commercial. Just for fun. Any suggestions? x2.5035 seems to take an eternity to get started when you're looking at a blank screen.
