But when I press the power button for 2-3 sec, the Xbox starts, but the screen is just black and when I press the power button for 0.5 sek the Xbox startes without any chip. Anyone who have any idea why the screen is just black?

Is the xbox power button flashing red and green?
If so, it's how the chip is either soldered or sitting on the LPC

It did flash red and green, but I managed to fix that. Not it works fine if I press the button one short time, but if I hold the power button in for 2-3 sec, the xbox startes but the screen is just black..

Well, then...the modchip is definitely doing something...but unfortunatly I don't have any Aladdin experience whatsoever. Since it's not fragging then your chip is affixed to the mobo okay.
Since it's not just going to the MS Dash, then that tells me it's recognizing the chip. But, you should be getting something other than the black screen.
There is a place here for Aladdin users to post technical questions. I hope he gets back to you soon, that sounds like a bummer of an issue.
