Follow the simple instructions below to have our server generate a new password and send it to your registered email address. If you continue to have issues please dont hesitate to contact us from our feedback page which is located here.
1. Type your HQ Network Username into the space provided and click the 'Send' Button.
2. The HQ Server will send an automatic Email to you with your Confirmation Code which you then must enter into the same form to finish the process.
3. Once you receive your confirmation code from the HQ Server you can then enter your username and then confirmation code together.
4. With both your username and confirmation code entered a new password will be issued and a email sent.
