The company shipped 1.7 million Xbox 360s for the quarter. For fiscal year 2011, Microsoft shipped 13.7 million consoles, up from 10.3 million a year ago. Since its launch in 2005, Microsoft has shipped a total of 55.5 million consoles worldwide. Additionally, the company said it has 35 million Xbox Live members registered to date.
