This is basically just another little linux distro. Build for the special needs us xbox softmodders have. I found the need for such a distro since the windows-based tools to access fatx-drives suck!
However, most people are not very familiar with linux - sad in my opinion but true. Therefore I include a tool in this distributions that automates most of the tasks when dealing with xbox HD management.
This package will let you create a bootable CD that can access and manipulate/rescue, clone and even rebuild working xbox HD's from scratch. I see this usefull for people who want to :
+ Upgrade their xbox with a larger HD (either by cloning or building from scratch)
+ rescue or rebuild a corrupt xbox HD.
+ Calculate the HD passwd for locked and unlocked HD's
+ Locks and unlocks HDD's with the password automatically calculated from the eeprom.
+ Can also set a Master Password (XBOXSCENE) when locking to allow an unlock later even without the eeprom or the user password.
+ Install the official softmod package including the audio and font hack, Evox and PBL 1.4.1.
You also have the option to make a patched copy of you MS dashboard to be run from Evox when using the font hack. Do not use this package is you do not have a kernel below 5530 and dashboard version 4920.This is meant to provide users without memcards or any of the exploitable games (MA,SC,007) with an easy to use softmod package.
+ have a stable package to access and delete, move, change files on the xbox HD.
An included program will also let you rebuild the C-drive alone, which could be very usefull if this has become corrupted, if you are in a clock loop and dont know how to manually restore the C-drive or if you need to downgrade the dashboard.
This is all done by letting you boot to a small live-linux with fatx support, like xlinux, but with so many more tools and options. Better hardware compatibility due to a updated kernel/syslinux and NTFS support are things to mention. Also from this CD you can boot to DOS and use HD lock/unlock tools.

The Enigmah Video Mode Select CD is a tool that converts any NTSC box into a full PAL
box so you get a full color output.
Also works on JAP machines and PAL machines,(if you want to convert PAL to NTSC).
Elminate all Black & White problems without the need for a full RGB lead.
Press A to select PAL and Press B to select NTSC, press X and Y for a few extras :)
It works best on DVDR but will boot on CDRW just as well.
Tested 100% on the amazing Enigmah Xbox Mod - the only mod that does everything all on one chip.

XWB Extractor will parse your XWB files and extract the embedded files.
These files can be of any type, but I've found sound files PCM and WMA.
Source isn't included in this release because I'm not sure if one of the files I use can be released to the public.
This program has been tested on Burnout 3, Metal Slug 3, and Prince of Persia: Warrior Within.
I've received requests about BIG, MUS, and AWD files. From what I've found, some EA games use BIG files with BIG4 as the first 4 bytes, and some have the first 4 bytes as 05 00 00 00. The BIG4 ones look to have ASF files in them, because they have tags of SCHl, which is the ASF header. MUS files look like they have ASF files and BNK files, which I would guess is a sound bank file, maybe in a MIDI format. Don't know what app uses a BNK file.

Yoshihiro released a modified version of Team Assembly's ConfigMagic (view/modify EEprom and (un)lock HD on Xbox) with support for the new EEprom format on Xbox v1.6/v1.6b.
The tool now has full support for Xbox v1.0 to Xbox v1.6(b).
Yoshihiro also released the full source code of these modified versions.
He thanks the Xbox-Linux Team, who's sources this release is based on.

If you've had trouble booting a back-up where the game just keeps returning to the
dashboard, then you are probably experiencing a problem from a media check!
Now, our Xbox Beta Mod Patcher 1.21 took care of most of the problems but as of late
people have reported it not to be working no more! So, if you've run our Beta Mod
Patcher 1.21 over your image and it's patched or reported already fixed, just run this
little patch routine over your image before writing back out to DVDR, just to be on the
safe side.
If it finds 1 patch location or more then it should have found the media check within all
the xbe's within the image. If no patch locations are found, then the image is either
already fixed or could be using another variation. If the game still returns to dashboard
then use the ADR Forums and report your findings within the ADR Patching section.
